You upload a photo you want embroidered, choose your hoodie size and color, and our artists will hand-draw your image. You'll receive a preview in 1–4 days and can request unlimited edits. Once approved, we start production and ship it to you!

You’ll get a preview within 1 to 4 business days. Once you approve it, production begins immediately. Since we produce locally in the U.S., shipping is usually fast too (~1-2 weeks).
